Terms of Use for Tsarkov Campaign Planner

Private use
Tsarkov Campaign Planner is a private desktop tool operated by Evgeny Tsarkov for planning possible Google Ads Search campaigns for his own products and services. It is not offered to clients, other organizations, or the public.
Permitted purpose
The tool may retrieve historical keyword metrics from the owner's configured Google Ads account after the owner approves the exact request. The results may be used to evaluate and revise a proposed campaign plan.
The tool does not create, edit, launch, or manage live advertising campaigns.
Google services
Tsarkov Campaign Planner uses Google authorization and the Google Ads API. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by Google. Google Ads and related Google services remain subject to Google's own terms and policies.
Availability and results
The tool is provided for the owner's internal planning use. Historical metrics, estimates, and availability depend on data and services supplied by Google. The tool does not guarantee campaign performance, data completeness, uninterrupted access, or a particular advertising result.
Privacy
The Privacy Policy explains how the app accesses, uses, stores, and shares Google user data.
